These seals are help by the sheer force of compression load on its surface.
Can be constructed in all desidered shape and dimension without limitations: CIRCULAR ,OVAL ,SQUARE ,DIAMOND ,ecc.(on request).
The types M40 – M41 – M41/c can be supplied on request with a adhesive graphite rivestiment smooth or serrated on both sides.
The hardness of the seal must be less than that of the material of the flange in contact,and the force applied on the contact area of the seal must be greather than the tensile strnght thereof.
