P.T.F.E. Uploads
Glass: This is the position of most use and less alters the chemical and electrical properties of PTFE however, improving the mechanical properties. It can be: 85% P.T.F.E. 15% glass fiber – 75% P.T.F.E. 25% glass fiber.
Graphite: used for chemical and mechanical applications, reducing wear and improving the properties of resistance under load even with high sliding speed. 65% P.T.F.E. 35% graphite.
Bronze: used for parts subject to sliding contact, from place to compositions with a high thermal conductivity and mechanical properties better than those obtained with other PTFE fillers 40% P.T.F.E. 60% bronze
Molybdenum disulfide improves the hardness, rigidity and resistance to wear and does not affect the electrical properties and chemical properties of PTFE 80% P.T.F.E. 15% Glass fiber 5% molybdenum disulfide.
For P.T.F.E. loaded subject to the same kinds and sizes of semi-finished PTFE virgin listed at top of page.
